- Construction & renovation — Ground-up new builds, full refurbishments, HMO conversions, extensions, pre-tenancy turnarounds. In-house team for trusted delivery.
How we work
We're built around a few principles:
- Time, not transactions. Experienced staff attend valuations in person, walk every property, meet every tenant.
- Compliance as standard. Right to Rent, Awaab's Law, Renters' Rights Act, EPC, gas, electrical — all tracked in our admin system with proactive renewal alerts. You won't get a knock from Trading Standards because we missed a date.
- Tech where it helps, people where it counts. We use a custom admin platform with D1-backed records, automated rent reminders, and live property listings — so you and your tenants can self-serve where it suits, and reach a real person when it matters.
- Plain pricing. Our tariff is published online. No surprises, no hidden default fees.
